I don't think I will feel this way for a long time - in fact, it doesn't look like I'll feel this way ever again until summer. I don't feel the
pressure we so often associate with school right now. Maybe my mind just doesn't want to think about it. It's not that these things have deadlines coming sooner by the minute, it's just that my brain feels too damn drained to actually even consider the thought.
Why can't this feeling just last forever?
At any rate,
for my classmates, Ms. Marie and I had the following conversation through SMS this afternoon, after P.E.
Ms. Marie: Please remind your clasmates to bring materials for the poster for the poster making. Write it on the board. Text back if you received this.
I received the message after class, so I told her I wasn't able to inform everyone.
Ms. Marie: Ah, ok. Pass nalang kayo.
Ok, so now I don't understand what she meant by pass. Pass the thing on Wednesday or not to sumbit at all? And I asked her also about our test in Math - she didn't respond. Based on recent events, it doesn't look like she's giving it anyway - naging 30 points na kasi yung last test eh.
Anyway, moving on, moving on. I wasn't able to drop by Karen's since it was already late when mom and I left Ortigas.
(Sorry Karenini!) I spent so much time in Ortigas, just walking around while waiting for mom to come back from picking up something in Celine. I was able to buy cigs (
yehey!) and, walking around, I realized how pretty the buildings were. I wish I had my camera. Hee. :)
I was able to meet up with Ate Mids and, gahash,
ang dami palang MiniStop sa Ortigas. Lupit! I feel like every street, almost every corner has one! Ahaha! I was going to treat her to Iced Milo, but then Mom called all of a sudden, so we had to walk back to Centerpoint. Aww. Sayang. Anyhoo, I owe you a CD and plenty of kwento - which I
promise to repay
soon (before my prom,
sana sa fair!). She'll be playing there anyway - wow!
Anyhow, I entered the car today feeling tired - I played PE even if I had not intended to,
with my uniform. Damn, I shouldn't have decided to not bring my PE uniform. Oh well, ho-humm.
Must not regret. I
still enjoyed the class though, even if we played Soccer with the volleyball. Hahaha!
Lupit ng sipa ni Marte, ang lakas kasi, natamaan tuloy yung ilaw ng gym. Aba! Nang tinamaan, naayos! Umilaw bigla. Heeee!
Ben Pascual: Did you return the ball? It's under my name!!! Rarr.
I was able to meet up with Ms. Alce right after class. Actually, I just bumped into her on my way to Ms. Johanna's room. Aaaah! She gave me a hug! Yeahey! I'm loving hugs - Drew, Aldwin, Justin, King, Ms. Alce, Ms. Alfie - everyone else.
I missed her rin pala. It's been sooooo long! Hahaha!
Moving on, I went to Ms. Johanna's room - but then there were soooo many people there, so I just told her that she and Ms. Mia were leaving at 4:30.
And mom already sent me a message saying that I had to go. :( Sayang, I had stories to tell her pa man din. Oh well. There's still tomorrow! (
sings: There's still tomorrow, forget the sorrow... I miss Lostprophets!)
It's Math Week this week! Oh joy, oh joy. Hahaha!
I don't think I'm gonna achieve my goal this third quarter - to land in the top 10 of the Batch. Oh well,
at least I tried, and that's enough for me. And I should just PRAY!
Pray. Tama ka
Nix! Tama ka rin,
Khooya!
I got 106/120 in English. It's kind of a so-so score, but I feel like I could have done better (
Bwiset yang RESEARCH WRITING na yan. Tangina!). Hopefully, it's enough. I guess I'm pretty much contented with it. Then, there was
Math. Woohoo! I didn't expect my score, and it took me by surprise! I got 37/40. But then, it's not gonna be enough to pull up my two-thirds, considering that I have a stupid 11/14 test. Asaaar. Tapos may 25/30 pa ako.
Rarr. Tapos wala pa akong recitation for the quarter (I think?). She didn't call me naman eh!
Social Science was the biggest frustration. I got 88/110. Tanginang test?!?! What kind of a test is that?! Asaaar! I wanted to review the items - but she politely declined.
It's her prerogative anyway. My two-thirds in Social Science is
low enough and this compounds it all the more.
At least, she did something towards the end of the period to vindicate most of us. I can't blog about it right now though. :)
*sigh*
I should have tried harder... But that's the last opportunity to get an exemption and chances into the medalist's. How sad. How sad. How sad.
You might be wondering, where are the Chemistry results? We had math instead of chemistry today (Oh joy, God really makes miracles happen!). I just hope I passed. That's it.
No, wait. I cannot JUST pass. I need to get high in this. MY TWO THIRDS IS 77.2. Ngak. Si Ms. Plastersmile nga pala to. Asa pa ako noh? Hahaha! Wish ko lang, maka 81 man lang sa Chem! Or at least more than that. Tanginang _____! Pag nakita ko yang pangiti-ngiti lang habang namimigay ng mga notice of failures at mga test kong mababa, pucha, ang sarap sipain. Inang !#$%^&*()_+-=
There is one bittersweet fact of the day: Ms. L didn't show up. I have no idea whether prolonging this agony (and unusual anxiousness) is helpful
(well, I'm feeling numb right now anyway).
For my classmates: Abangan! I shall post your quizzes in
Cooking and
English. Pag natapos ko na yung tests! Hahaha! Don't worry, they're soooo easy! ;)
Where is she? Do I feel her only when she's gone? Hrmm, where's pancake? Rarr. Labas kasi tayooo. :)) I hope she did well in her exams. :)
