- I went to Tagaytay with mom, atsie and some neighbors who just came from Denmark. We were supposed to finish the Visita Iglesia, but we only went to two churches, and nobody brought the guide to the Stations of the Cross thing. :(
- Bought a LOT of PINEAPPLES.
- We ate at Dencio's Grill in Tagaytay, what a food trip. (Oh yeah, everyone's gotta see the view from the deck! It's amazing! Hahaha! I realized how beautiful our country is (even if on the other side of the coin, it can look like shit mixed with sewage.) It was a FOOD TRIP. Gahash, we ordered so much food (and oddly enough, we finished it all. TAKAW!!!) So much for Lenten abstinence. Rarr.
- We went to Pao Enriquez' rest house. Whee. Food trip continued with Turon for dessert. :D Met Pao's cousins, played Scrabble and Boggle. Cheated by inventing words in Boggle. Hahaha! :D
- We were going to Calleruega (sp?) but then we turned back since traffic was way too heavy. We made a wrong turn and added roughly 30 minutes to our travel time. !#$^&*()_ Gah. I hate heavy traffic. To think that they're highway up in Tagaytay is not even four lanesss. They should upgrade na! :D
- We did our Visita Iglesia in Manila.
Our Visita Iglesia this year rocked. All the Churches were old Cathedrals or big churches in Manila. I can't post the pictures (nako, never matatapos sa uploading yun. PLUS, they're from my phone lang.), so sorry. :) But anyway, I loved last night's Church tripping. :)
- Manila Cathedral
- San Agustin Church
- San Sebastian Church
- San Miguel Church (I LOVED THIS CHURCH.)
- Quiapo Church - it was closed, but it's amazing! Ang ganda na ng QUIAPO ngayon. :)
- St. Vincent De Paul (Church of the Miraculous Medal - a.k.a. ADAMSON Church)
- Malate Church (I forgot the name. Sorry!)
- In lieu of Quiapo, we went to the Redemptionist Church in Baclaran (also known as Baclaran Church, and yes, this IS the Church were people walk the entire length of the Church while kneeling. ANG HIRAP PALA NUN.)
So there. I loved our Church trip. Whoo! :D
I love Search In. :)
